- Minimum of 4 years, but preferably at least 5 years of bartending experience in a high-end, fine dining establishment.
- Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and wine.
- Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment.
- Must be available to work any day of the week, including evenings and some holidays. Weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun) are required.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required.
